Here at 'the bridal studio' we can create your very own Couture Gown. We offer a bespoke dressmaking service using only the best in luxury bridal fabrics.
You can browse through a selection of style books & inspiration boards to gain ideas for your unique gown. Whether it's a vintage Inspired frock or something more contemporary... The choice is yours!
Consultations and dress fittings are relaxed and informal where we aim to provide a high level of customer service throughout.
Feel free to bring along any pictures and ideas you may have to the first consultation as we start the design process.
Prices for bespoke bridal gowns start from £850 plus fabrics. Each gown is priced individually and is dependant upon design and fabrics chosen. However, Deborah can design within a given budget if required.
Your dress will be 'one of a kind', designed, hand made & beautifully finished here at the studio in Malton.
If you are interested in having a dress made other than Bridal please pop into the studio for an informal chat...Deborah has been known to create a few 'show - stoppers' for that special occasion or black tie event!!
Alteration Service
Alongside our bespoke service we also offer a specialist alteration service for Bride, Bridesmaid, Prom & Party Dresses.
Maybe you've bought online or at a boutique and it needs a few adjustments to fit you perfectly? The bridal studio is your next stop to bridal gown perfection. The service includes;
- Shortening
- Neckline re-shaping
- All bodice adjustments
- Sleeves.. Adding / removing
- Shoulder lifts
- Zip fasteners converted to corset fastening
- Buttons, bows, appliqué & beadwork
- Bustle ribbons
- Repairs to sample dresses
Cost?
Prices for Bridal gown adjustments are dependant upon design and fabrics. Pop in for a professional fitting and a no obligation quote. Bridesmaid and Prom Gown alterations start at £25 for bodice adjustments and £25 for shortening. Again, dependant upon style, fabrics and embellishments.
